So, I'm not sure if something's changed about scholar, but I'll the normal shield buff and the critted shield buff and still watch the player take damage while both buffs are up.

Hi guys, Im returning player and I dont remember anything about the game.
Well, I didn't really play it that long either and I never got into "lifeskilling" when I played.
I leveled my white mage to 72 back then, but now if I go into raid id most likely kill our entire party
So I figured maybe its easier to re-learn by completely leveling a new class, so I equipped my Dancer Chakrams! 💃
However, now I'm EVEN MORE lost! I don't remember how I level new class
(well definately can't continue the main story)
I equipped recommended gear that gave me total of *0188 which is, well, nothing..
I have wrong accessories (and I dont even know which ones to pic not gonna lie)
and on top of that, I have absolutely no idea how to play Dancer in the first place.
I asked few questions in the "Novice Network" but people mostly laughed at me and gave me very..
Short answers that didn't answer my questions at all like "Dancer is easy, just press buttons lol" type of replies

So I guess what I'm looking here is a person, or a group of people who I can spam stupid questions, who will tell me what to buy/NOT to buy, maybe help me with some quests? and get me back into the game

I'm unsure what you mean by "lifeskilling". If you still have access to the first dancer quest then that teaches you the basics of the job. Otherwise there's a decent video I can provide. As a dancer you want accessories "of aiming" (main stat: dexterity).

As for gear, you can obtain Shire equipment, the best available at level 60, by exchanging Allagan Tomestones of Poetics.

You can do this with the NPC Hismena in Idyllshire or Rowena's Representative in Foundation.

and do stuff like beast tribe quests or FATEs in the meantime.

Note when I say leveling dungeon I mean dungeons that aren't level 50, 60 or 70

At level 60, your best leveling dungeon is the level 59 Great Gubal Library.

Disciple of War refers to all of the physical-based classes, both dps and tanks, while Disciple of Magic refers to spellcaster dps and healers. Items with the Disciple of War designation on them require that you be one of the physical-based classes in order to equip it, and tends to have stats geared towards those.

This has been bothering me for a while. When I switch between DRK and WHM, the 4th hotbar will keep containing the same skills for DRK even as WHM. If I add a WHM skill in the 4th bar, nothing changes. Can someone help me understand why this happens?
