So, asked couple questions here earlier, but think I narrowed it down a bit!
For my tank urge it's still inbetween gnb and pld, both actually look really fun, with the gnb having the whole continuum mechanic making it seem like it's a bit harder to master, but really fun. Was wondering, as I hear they are worse in defensive options, just HOW much worse compared to say pld are they, as pld is looking really nice with their whole physical and magical phases (do you have to hard cast those spells? The holy spirit thing? If so that could be a bit of a turn off).
For my dps I think I wanna try the new monk, never played much of the dps in this game, and possibly ninja or black mage as well.. Really different specs and no idea why, but they just appeal to me.. Probably the new monk without greased lightning the most though, but I've heard people complaining about all the positionals of monks, how hard are they to pull off? as a tank, our only positional was standing in front of the boss 😂

You get a trait to make Holy Spirit instant for Paladins. They are GCD based but no cast times
Positionals arn't too hard. you tend to stick to a bosses ass by default in most situations and only have to slightly veer left or right for flank
