for crafting, it's basically using your skills to fill up the quality and progress bars

Can anyone answer a question on collectables/custom deliveries?
I'd not done any collectable turn ins yet on FSH, but unlocked Zhloe last night. I've done 6 on her which is her max, but timers say I have 6 more allowance this week. I'm guessing there are more custom delivery NPCs to unlock and the weekly allowance is spread across them?
Also are they separate from normal collectable turning in?

Yeah, i have 5 retainers and some of them are almost full too. You can use FF14 teamcraft application if you are playing on PC and use the inventory optimizer.
It will list the items that are easely obtainable.
And also list items that are double stored

you cannot meld main stat (which dexerity is, for ranged jobs and NIN). You get it with increasing level/item level of gear, so prioritize that as you level/gear up. Don't worry about melding before level 80 either, it's not a huge effect and gear is rather temporary as you level
