So, new to the discord, and looking to see if anyone else has run into the problem I'm having, or knows of a work around.
I've run into a problem with MSQ progression. I'm effectively stuck.
Next MSQ quest required three Hard trials to be unlocked and done before I can continue;
Bowl of Embers (Hard)
The Navel (Hard)
The Howling Eye (Hard)
The first of which, comes from Thancred..... in the waking sands. Problem is, in my progression, Thancred is no longer there. He's at the Rising Stones. And does not offer the needed quest.

Thats what I did to get through it, but when I went through, we struggled a bit because some people barely had the ilvl to get in and killing things took longer than most were used to. The amount of kindergarten back and forth in that run was awful.
But as with anything in these, individual runs will vary xD
Subsequent runs since then have been substantially better.

Yeah, juggling the different things is kinda hard at first. I'm only just learning how to handle adding in DPS between healing and cleansing debuffs off people.
Though there are some instances where you just can't do DPS. Like when you wind up in King Mogs Hard Trial and the other healer goes afk for the whole thing, leaving you to manage the entire group XD

I think the whole Titan thing is a little overblown since I hear one of the main reasons titan EX was a nightmare when released was that there was no min ilvl requirement and like, gearing up was pretty hard so you'd literally have healers and shit who could get one shot

Comfy means there are options, so pick whatever you’re most comfortable with
It’s usually in reference to either Skill/Spell speed, as that controls your GCD, and Piety for healers since that controls mana regen
For example, if your objective is “9 GCDs under No Mercy” for example there’s a number of GCD options that get you there

there's some very slight wiggle room in the movement cast interruption
you can definitely start moving while the cast bar is still on screen and it'll still go off but it's only like the last 0.1-0.2 sec or something, might have to do with server latency or doing it at the right time in the server update cycle or something

That "wiggle room" with the cast bar that you've noticed actually has a name - "slidecasting". For spellcaster classes it's considered mandatory to know how to take advantage of that discrepancy (caused by server ping) in order to avoid mechanics without interrupting your casts.
