But that requires an empty plot that’s not on the cooldown timer from being recently empty.
And houses usually get bought up pretty fast once they’re available for purchase

@leaden ginkgo personally, I wouldn’t bother with level 50 gear and just try pushing to level 51 for that set of gear. It’s better than most of the level 50 gear you can get.

AST is the quickest, since it starts at 30, but is the most difficult (in my personal opinion) to learn to play effectively.
WHM is the easiest to play, but you have to start it at level 1
Plus side, healers and tanks tend to have super fast leveling dungeon queues, so you can get them up relatively quickly.

Honestly, WHM is much easier to learn, and you can pretty easily get WHM up to 40 in a few hours of spamming dungeons (after level 15, of course). Especially since you'll have the benefit of the Armory bonus to help.

Gathering being ahead of crafting isn't going to cause you a whole lot of trouble. It's actually going to be better in some ways, as it will let you keep ahead of the materials you'll need to craft for leveling your crafters.

For starters, you're going to need a third hotbar of keybinds.

Well, to elaborate, there is no direct land route. There are airship destinations that take you up there, but yeah, they're behind story progress. Unlocking flight allows free travel between them but that's also later.

You keep deleting your save file to run floors 51-60 over and over since he has a fast queue compared to the rest of the floors

Have to get to floor 151+ to get the good loot to sell though
Regular glamours from there sell for ~100-200k ea, then there's the whistle for 12mil
