@hybrid bramble a surefire way to solo t9 is to push nael to around 70% iirc, stop dpsing and whenever you get meteors on you drop it next to any previous ones, keep blowing them up for around 10min while healing yourself and she will eventually enrage and start spamming megaflare which hits for 30k or something, she'll do nothing else at that point and you wont see the heavensfall phase at all

You have already been there. You should have attuned to the main aetheryte. Teleport there if so.
If you overlooked the main aetheryte, you will have to go to the airship landing and purchase an airship flight to Limsa Lominsa as you did in the quest just before your current one.
And remember to always attune to the aetheryte when you enter a new location.

Most people form statics for the harder content in the game
Normal content is easy enough that it can easily be done with randoms
Whereas harder content like extreme trials, savage raids and ultimates practically require a static group because no one queues for them randomly because of how hard they are
