Well I've been doing all the blue+ quests. I pretty much even do some side quests if they are my level. I guess on a rainy day I'll go back and do a bunch of the low level quests just for completionists sake

But if you do want to pick them up then it's highly recommended to get them all since crafting is really interconnected and you'd be wasting bucketloads of gil and stuff by trying to level one at a time

Cause as bars since your instacasting, you can be running in opposite direction when animation locked so it appears you're firing while running in opposite direction.

Being able to turn around while in the middle of a firing animation has always been a thing

The change is that autoattacks no longer need you to be facing target.

@calm phoenix If I recall that particular job quest correctly, you'll need to focus down the water elemental mobs first. Sylvie should keep the Wailers healed up enough while you do that. If you're not dealing damage at all, or if you don't feel like your spells are having significant impact, you might need to update your gear.
But you do need to do more than just heal in that instance.

You may be asked to specifically heal individual NPCs outside of instanced quest objectives, but if you have an instanced quest objective for a job quest, your priority should be to treat it as you (should) treat a dungeon - heal when necessary or when told to, but otherwise dps.

The choice should be driven by what kind of healing is necessary in the content. For solo healing, Diurnal is your best choice because it's regens, and you can't go wrong with that.
For 2 healer content, your partner should be a factor in your consideration as well.
