for box strat you just have the two lanes for dashes and people swap places after their dash completes. For the other strat you just have everyone line up along the wall on either side (and sometimes if you get unlucky or are too far down the bosses can snapshot and kill someone)

With one of the recent patches, I thought they made it to where you could have a different load up screen permanetly? I have to where if I select the ARR movie, afterwards it'll switch to that title screen and theme, but if I log out and log back in, it'll be right back to the ShB title screen. Is there no way to change it permanetly?

Tanking is easy, put stance on and spam AoE

Healing is way harder

I'm a tank main

As for big pulls, you'll get a feel for it the more you play

And obviously how competent your healer is
