There’s 4 MSQ trials in Heavensward (3 in 3.0, 1 in 3.3) and 3 trials in a side quest chain called the Warring Triad
You need to do “Gods of Eld” to unlock both the first 2-3 MSQ extremes and the quest chain for the normal mode for the Warring Triad

think shiva is the only fight this tier that can actually pop the shield. for all the other ones, you would use an extra edge with living shadow instead of using tbn prepull
