see if you have the quest "Go West, Craftsman" in Mor Dhona, as that's required to use them
@karmic niche bard's rotation is a bit awkward before you get all 3 songs to cycle through (Wanderer's Minuet, Mages' Ballad, Army's Paeon), so until then you basically just make sure none of your damage abilities are on cooldown

you need to be at those levels to be able to use the books, so you can't use the mastercraft 5 and 6 books for weaver if your weaver is only level 60, for example.

You can do what you want, but i wouldnt suggest those binds
As a general reccomendation, anything above 5 on the numbers is a bad bind, because it requires you to stretch so far as to take your fingers off of WASD completely.
Personally, i use 1-5 + FERGQCV and Shift-modifiers of those as well.

The key differences between lvl 67 and lvl 80 are:
- you summon Bahamut after DWT (at lvl 70, 2 DWT is required to build the resources for 1 Bahamut, it becomes 1 DWT for 1 Bahamut at lvl 72). And Bahamut do follow up attacks with your spells, and Bahamut get to do its own Akh Morn (which is like your death Flare in function: hit hard like a train)
- your Firebird stance learnt at lvl 72 will be able to summon Phoenix at lvl 80 after Bahamut is summoned. Firebird stance upgrades your Ruin III and Outburst and you use these two alternatively. Phoenix can do its own version of a Akh Morn / Death Flare like attacks.

You can get two for free from specific sidequests, but besides those and the marketboard, your only option is to do gardening for them, which can take a long time if you're doing it from scratch
