If you're talking about the kitty in the front it's technically a level 1 glam piece players sell. Thavnairian Bustier. It's dyed white. Her legs are also Thavnairian Tights. It can be pretty expensive depending the server, and you're gonna wanna be level 15 to unlock Glamour because it doesn't have stats.
There's a lot of cool looking Glamour pieces you can technically use at level 1.

@pearl dome well...dungeons would be the main thing. But the issue is you can't form parties to queue into the dungeons so there is a possibility of not all going in together.
Aside from dungeons...you got fates I guess?

Your stats are dependent on your class level and gear and not your character

If you switch between classes you switch to the stats you have on the 2nd class, then when you go back to the first class, you also go back to the first class' stats
