@spiral idol If you're not at sergeant second class focus your seals on promotions until then, as that unlocks the ability to turn in dungeon gear for more seals.
Besides that, you can spend them on glamour prisms and glamour dispellers for personal use or selling on the marketboard for gil.

I don't know the shortcuts for doing it on PS4/controller, but on PC you want to do the following.
- press k to open the config menu
- on the red boxes at the side of that menu, choose the one called "hotbar settings" that looks like two Xs
- you can then tick boxes to make more hotbars appear on screen
- after this, you can hit escape to open the main menu, choose "HUD Layout", and from there move around and resposition hotbars.

you can also use the HUD layout menu to save up to 4 different hud appearances and switch between them, and there's a bunch of settings in there including switching around the shapes of hotbars, changing transparency, and turning HUD features like minimap and duty list on and off. You play around only healing as much as you need to. Not everyone needs to be 100% hp all the time @visual flame cure 2 works better because its more healing per gcd. Qty is how many you have in your inventory iirc. To be safe do 3 at a time, because if it ranks up, the items she wants will change. I've had several times where I made 6 collectibles and then she only took 3 and wanted something new.
