I'm trying to switch to Mouse and Keyboard. I have this itty-bitty cheapo bt keyboard, pictured. A lot of the keys don't seem to be registered by the PS4(or game itself, but I think the problem lies with the PS4 not being able to detect the keys)
Specifically I'm finding that the F keys that have a little icon on them do not work on the PS4. They are obviously meant to have some sort of second function mapped to them based on the
legends, but the keys aren't being registered at all as far as I can tell. The F keys without the second functions (F1, F2, F6) work just fine.
Since the keyboard settings on the PS4 itself are pretty much non-existent, am I maybe doomed to buying another keyboard just to play? I really wanted to get used to it before I made that decision since I would only be using the keyboard for this game, most likely :c

@neat stratus there are two boosts to land speed in specific zones. Flying doesn't get these boosts. 2star is faster speed wise than flying, but flying can go in straight lines.

white mage is the simplest healer, most straightforward/classic ff with strong heals and very capable of saving a dire situation with plenty of MP to spare
but it's also a turret mage so if you hate needing to stay rooted in place to deal damage it can suck
astrologian is the busiest healer, I don't think the cards are as hard to manage as people say and astro has a ton of really good buttons and a lot of versatility with stances and a bunch of strong buttons
scholar is in my opinion the least appealing one right now and i say that as someone who generally favors scholar. shields aren't actually that great and scholar needs to push a TON of buttons to heal. it's also the least mp efficient (though not even close to being as bad as AST before 5.3)
that said it is my favorite trash healer because art of war is instant and you get to push all those healing buttons in between anyway

@storm hamlet something that wasn't really touched on. The current endgame is as the others described, but to fill your time you can find a group willing to do 'minimum item level runs' which is also now a setting in the DF. This will do something similar to syncing down, but you won't get the benefit of bloated ilvl. Essentially you get to do a run of old content as if it were effectively new, with some exception. (Such as job changes throughout the patches)

Crafting relic is started in ishgard. Most of the time is in getting the crafted materials (an ingot or whatever) to go with whatever the recipe calls for. After that its a matter of crafting a lot of turn in items (20+30iirc) if starting as a relatively fresh crafter the number of crystals used might be a limiting factor
