The 8-man raid is unique for ARR. It's normal mode is savage level of difficulty so it's not really ran normally and it's not on a roulette. If you make a unsynced party in party finder and say there is a first time bonus that should get people to help out. You don't really need many level 80 players, 1 or 2 will usually do. The expansion 8-man raids have normal difficulty fights that are casual and they are commonly done

I had an LOA where too many people went into one of the offshoots. Where you have to stand on the platform to let others kill bosses. So one side only had enough to stand on platform. Not to kill boss as well.

my friend is running a 1050 ti, and while he's above 60 fps usually, he's getting frame drops all the way down to single digits, like 3 fps kinda thing. it's happening for like 10-20 seconds every 5 or so minutes, not on a hard clock but thats the average. he's running exclusive fullscreen but it happens in borderless too. windows game mode thing is off and his power optimization settings is on performance. vsync is off and so too is the framerate limiter. he's also tried running the game in dx11 mode as well as dx9 mode, and it will happen even on lower settings and such.

as you get higher in level, you'll get different skills
the basic of crafting though is you use synthesis skills to increase the progress bar, and when you hit 100% you complete the craft. Use touch skills to increase the quality bar, to try and make the item high quality, how much quality you put into the craft increase the chances of making it high quality. if you fill out the quality bar you're assured a high quality craft
that said you need to be mindful of the durability of a craft, if you hit 0 before you fill out the progress bar you will fail the craft

Hunts are usually done in parties. I recommend getting into Gathering, leveling your chocobro in fates, starting an older relic (HW is amazing), sidequesting for lore, MSQ, leveling other jobs to 15 with leves/hunting log, getting blue quests, doing GC stuff, sightseeing log, or other beast tribes.
