The other is via macro
The comparison is that the side using the macro comes out much slower
And the time difference gradually builds up

So basically when you use abilities normally you can press them slightly in advance and they queue
When you use macros they cant queue so you have to rapidly mash them and after the first ability is completely done the macro will be able to use the next one

you can find the crafted collectables in their own section of the crafting log, special recipes section iirc

Correct you need the items in your inventory
As for items you can easily tell that are usually worthless, check and see if the item has a “Shop Selling Price” on it that’s pretty low (less than 1,000 for most things). That tells you it can be bought from a vendor somewhere
