it's rdps on fflogs as the main metric, but yes
for act you just get how much damage you do. For fflogs it gives you some extra damage based on how much damage other people get from the buffs you give them, and also gives some of your damage to people who are giving you buffs. Just so you get like, "how much damage you're actually contributing" via personal dps and buffs you give
some jobs like BLM where you don't give any buffs to other people, your dps on fflogs will always be lower than on ACT since you don't give any damage buffs, only get them. Some like DNC, you have lower personal dps but give a lot of damage via buffs, so fflogs has your dps much higher than it will display on ACT
other jobs kinda fit in a spectrum in between
you cannot see adps/rdps before upload
ACT only deals purely with your pdps
it doesn't do any calculations based on buffs
there's nothing coming through from the data that ACT can parse regarding ilvl
so it's just strictly based on the damage/buffs, no ilvl weighting/ranking is possible
