Aurum Vale is pretty much just duck in the left side quickly, kill the three mushrooms, then drag 4-6 mobs into the boss room. Avoid all frogs.
Also - little trick with that - the frogs will reset if dragged far enough.

At 80/80 or higher, melee combo. End with Flare if black is lower, Holy if white is lower. scorch after if you have it unlocked.
There's more to it but that's litearlly 90% of what you need to know for single target.

Desynth skill goes up as you desynth stuff around the level it's at, or higher (level 300 desynth wants iLv300 items or higher). If you meet the minimum Desynth level for an item, that means you're more likely to get rare materials from it (if there's one), but you can still desynth if you're at a lower level, or get a rare item at a lower level, it's just not as likely

Use the "doesn't increase wear" ability, spam the "has a chance to trigger the +collectability buff" ability until 25% on the node, then use "doesn't use gathering attempt" buff, and a final "increase by 0.8-1.5" ability

If you've got good enough perception, you may even get away with just using the "+50% collectability" skill in the beginning and no other GP-comsuming abilities
