As 2 characters on the world will have the same name, the game will force you to name change the transferred character.

BLM's main difficulty is finding a spot where you can just plant yourself and spam spells without moving
Samurai is melee, so its difficulty is trying to access the boss in melee range during mechanics

I leveled both to 80 but I have a very hard time trying to pull off the Sam 1 min rotation, while blm I think is easier to adapt depending on your resources, that makes sense?

Some instances are unlocked remotely - the quest NPC that unlocks them isn't near the entrance. But you'll always get the gong and a message that you've unlocked it upon completing a quest step.

Lv71+ though there's an extra insentive to doing them, they give you currency which you can use to buy crafting mats or other goodies

Congested status is a bit different than creation locked. Congested keeps creation locked for period of time, such as until next patch. Where as normal creation locked is just locked when the server is full and can unlock on its own when there's less players online.

Since the (Hard) trials are in roulettes, it's typically pretty easy to get a group for them.
Or you can ask a high-level friend to unsync run you through all three of the (Hard) primals so you can continue with your MSQ more quickly.

@worthy roost the only exp you get from Eureka is “Elemental,” meaning your Eureka-specific exp/levels. it has no bearing on your actual job levels 😦
