Umbral Ice will recharge your entire MP bar in about 4 seconds. There's no need to fear.

Well you spend all your MP, use your MP recovery ability, then spend it all again

Drink a potion, spend it all again

THEN you can transpose and go into ice recovery mode

At high levels when you get Umbral Hearts from certain ice spells, you dont even spend all your MP on the first Flare

You spend your Umbral Hearts to reduce the MP cost pf Flare, then spend the remaining MP on another Flare.

So you can Freeze > Thunder4> Flare > Flare > Manafont > Flare

And thats the AoE rotation from 70-80, sprikle in some Foul spells when they pop up
