The problem with ARR is the pacing. It has lots of important stuff hidden in seemingly menial tasks. From 2.3 onwards, however, it starts setting up the Heavensward plot, and actually becomes pretty good

Assuming you're not picky and you just want an FC for the buffs, literally just stand next to an aetheryte in a main city for awhile. If you want something beyond that, there's unfortunately not really any good tools for finding one, other than expressing your interest in locations where people tend to congregate.

I was wondering, when the Free Trial extention comes out and, if you have the Starter Edition and are out of sub, are you still locked out of the account? Bc that would be sad, the free trial being a better deal than purchasing the base game. You only get social options unlocked out of it.
