Rdm you can go unlock in uldah once you are 50. Gunbreaker at lv 70 in uldah.
As for Machinist, you will have to finish base game and all its patched content and physically get into Ishgard city to go and unlock.
Rdm starts immediately at 50 and GNB at 60, MCH starts at 30, so most of them are playable right away

Question about dancer: I've played level 60-70, and so far I really like the job but I find myself staring at my hotbars a lot to know what to push next, when rng procs, etc. For standard step, is it better to use the step gauge (and memorize which buttons to press based on color I see) or stare at the hotbar and follow the outlined skills?

So idk if it's because I'm not overgeared or if it's just AST but I've been running into issues in Dohn Mheg (73) when Tanks do wall-to-wall pulls.
Once I blow through all my oGCDs I mathematically can't keep them up by spamming either Benefic 1 or Benefic 2.

Also use diurnal sect and let your hots do stuff. I usually start pulls with combust into earthly star (when the tank stops), then Asp bene on tank and use other ogcds as needed.
Also unless you really need to weave and heal, or are seriously oom, don't use bene 1. GCD inefficient.

Charged Earthly star is the highest potency heal in the game short of lbs. Use it and abuse it. Put it down the second the tank stops. I personally use a targeting macro (puts star on my target, or myself if no target) and planning to put a segment in where it notifies the party when the star is charged

I think GNB can technically work with any GCD from what I remember

not automatically, but you do have access to a few new ones.
There's 50/60/70 roulette, which is unlocked once you have two or more dungeons of those level caps. Good to run for Poetics and a little bit of experience.
Main Scenario roulette contains Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium. It's a long roulette to run but gives excellent experience and a truckload of poetics if you can tolerate it.
Alliance Raid roulette is unlocked from having two 24-man duties, and is another great source of daily experience.

Unsync is when you go into a fight at your own level and strength and not be synced down to whatever level the fight is. You do that by clicking the cog in duty finder and just checking "undersized" duty and then continue as normal
