in terms of grand company seal income they're not that great.
If you have a level 70 or higher class you can try soloing Sohm Al or Dusk Vigil and open up all the treasure chests for a bunch of gear that exchanges for about ~1k seals or so each
and each run gives like 8 or so items depending on your luck with the extra treasure coffers.

hello! so i've been attempting to be a "good" healer (scholar) recently by trying to maximise my dps and heal as little as possible (this is a hard habit to break!) but the guides i've found are mostly on dungeons. Does anyone have any tips on how to apply this to raids/trials etc where i am healing strangers and licking the windows a bit myself? 😛

In raids the same rules more or less apply, you may want to be more conversative with your aetherflow stacks so you can toss lustrates to the baddies

Yeah. Thing with scholar (and healer in general) is learning the fight scripts
As every fight is scripted and damage is highly predictable
Which helps with planning and using cooldowns
And knowing when to shield and when not.to
