The only PVP stat related to the grand companies that you can see is your "rank" in the PVP menu
if you mean stuff like average win/loss rates there's nothing in the game for that.
and at this point means basically nothing as freelancer is permanently enabled for everyone (Freelancer being that you can be on a different grand company's team inside the PVP instance rather than your chosen Grand Company)

@wispy basalt so as it turns out dungeons are really frickin slow for grinding them out, but BLU allows you to cheese the mobs in AV and virtually skip most of them. That requires a coordinated group with leveled and spell'd up BLU mages though. Meanwhile Rival Wings gets you 5 per match win or lose and matches only take 10 minutes or so which is a great rate for the time you put in
