I thought about doing dungeons, selling the items for seals, using the seals on tradeable items, and selling them on the market, but considering cordial went from 500g to 120g seemingly over a few days, that isn't really that worthwhile anymore.

Leveling, Alliance, Main Scenario, and to a certain extent Trial and PvP roulettes are all good for exp.
The exp reward is also adjusted based on the difference between your current level and the dungeon you actually get matchmade into.
So no matter what dungeon you get from the roulette, your total exp from the roulette is gonna be pretty much equalised.

There's a setting somewhere, hang on...
Try entering the text command /actionerror off in the chat window
and then testing
Failing that, try manually accessing the option via Character Configuration > Log Settings > General > uncheck "Display Recast Timer Error Message".
This will stop the "not yet ready" notification
though I believe that error notifications for being out of range, or unable to use an action due to mana or other mechanical reasons, are not toggleable.
But you'll at least be able to spam your GCDs and oGCDs as they come off timer without that annoying notification.

Nah, gotta pay some slight attention. This why most crafting macros that go over multiple steps have a additional line to put a sound effect in echo so you know when its done
