I don't doubt it. just takes a lot of grinding since the doors are pretty much an illusion of choice.
My anecdotal reasoning for why door choice doesn't matter (outside of there being a glowing door) is that my first Aquapolis that reached the final floor was done only by picking left.

hard to say, there's no official site that shows % of people that have x achievement
and achievement websites generally rely on people registering their characters
or they may simply round down numbers if they're extremely small
say if only 5-10 people out of like 100k characters registered on a site has it, and the site only shows to the tenth place, then rounding down would make it a zero.

If you unlocked BLU quest till current finish, there’s npc vendor beside BLU quest npc where u can use 2.0 allied seal hunt to buy tier 8 materias instead, save nuts for tier 7

Should be quite easy to check, since the difference in damage would be quite significant if you had to dot everything

Yes, you only need to have the DoTs up on the enemy you're targeting.
It will then deal full damage to all enemies it hits, regardless of whether the other enemies have DoTs on or not.

Lots of people report the launcher just completely tanking download speeds at certain portions of the download. I, for one, have absolutely no idea what causes it, I just know it happens to lots of people

if you feel adventurous you could try finding the IP address of the server you're downloading from. blacklist it in your hosts file, then relaunch the launcher.

not entirely certain on the neo question, but given we're relatively close to 5.3, and its very likely we're getting a new crafter/gatherer set
might wanna hold off on getting facet, that said though the new gear is likely going to need meld facet/professional at the very least to make (as it'll also likely be expensive for a while depending on how bad the mats are)

Doing a squadron dungeon. Brayflox's Longstop, Level 34. My squad is all level 40 and are sync'ed down to level 34. But the healer can't heal me (the tank) through the 2nd boss. Is it something I'm doing wrong? I feel like he's just not casting heal.
The add spawned and he was like, "Nope, u gonna die today."
If he can't heal me through the 2nd boss, I'm worried every boss after that is unbeatable.
