If you skip a good chunk of cutscenes and focus on leveling your primary class you should finish ShB MSQ at around that time—if you were leveling a Tank or Healer and had good queue times. My recent experience with my first playthrough was 70-75 hours for ARR, and 159 hours to finish ShB.

to elaborate a bit more on that for e7s, I'm assuming you're talking for teleports of course. Specifically aim your camera so your debuff points in the direction where you want to get teleported. Then you tap forwards to align yourself with the camera just before the mechanic resolves

Earlier I was doing ultima hard (extreme? the minstrel one) and it was pretty rough. I think the healer wasn't doing any dps and only using cure and medica so it kind of put me off from trying to go back and do these old extreme trials...
