@north venture Basics are pretty easy to come by; swing by https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Crafting for a read on the core terms, stats, NPC locations, foods and other buffs. https://www.ffxivguild.com/ffxiv-arr-crafting-guides-for-all-classes/ has a breakdown on leveling each of the various jobs, with recommendations on leves you can do and a reminder of what the job quest crafting requirements are.
Outside of that, pop over to an NPC, pick up a job, bring up your crafting menu, and take a shot at it. Most low level mats come from city tradecraft vendors, particularly in the cities where the guilds are. (If you want iron ore, it's cheap right outside the armorer/blacksmith in Limsa, for example). While crafting, take a peek at the Calculations button during synthesis; it tells ya what your skills are going to add on your next press of the button and helps a lot with familiarization.
You'll pick up the basics in no time.

like, you barely get 5 seconds of it since its super hard to stack it, i rarely use my aether other than excog to give myself more time to DPS while auto-healing, and the aetherflow ability is on such a long CD that you dont get a lot of stacks even if you're spamming and trying to
