@nocturne wasp Next to each enemy's name and level is a red or blue icon. Red means they are aggressive and will target you once you cross their line of sight. Blue icons mean they are passive and will attack only in retaliation or if you draw sufficient attention from other nearby enemies. That is to say, if you see a yellow line connecting multiple enemies when you target them, attacking will draw all attached to the line.

It's good for giving you extra exp, so if you wanna do it, you may do it for completion sake. But the best method to level is always running dungeons. So think of it as an extra activity to do to help you level up faster

One of the NMs when killed gives all nearby participants at 60 (and have completed the Eureka story and a followup quest) a buff that allows them to interact with portals.
The portals start unstable, which means you'd need an item to enter, but eventually become stable which lets anyone with the buff in them
