I’d personally say healers are up there when trying to maximize damage and minimize healing
Since it relies a lot on everyone else not failing
But in terms of DPS, Machinist’s Hypercharge rotation can be hard to do if you don’t have great ping.
I only have ninja at 80 for the melee so I can’t talk about the others, but Ninja’s burst can be very button mashy

I personally love WHM with the lily payoff of Afflatus Misery. Holy spam during dungeon big pulls is also super powerful mitigation.
Scholar is easy to heal with since you have a ton of oGCD tools and cooldowns assuming the tank isn’t just taking tons of damage constantly.
I haven’t played enough AST during ShB so I can’t say too much about them, unfortunately.

Pretty much, they don't like doing old content synced if there's no extra reward in it, and a lot of people don't read so even if you mention that it's synced, you're likely to get someone who leaves because it's synced

No, the ARR relic is one long string from I think i80 to i135, that you can then use to get the Anima weapon, which is, I think, i180 to i275. Then it stops and the Stormblood relic is completely standalone
