so we're leveling new characters with a friend on a new world. Because of the road to 70 buff, we're leveling insanely fast. Our MSQ is still at level 39 but we've reached level 50 and now we can't get any more exp. I'm supposing this is because we're still in ARR, is there a way to skip the end of ARR so we can start HW and start getting exp again or are we just supposed to get through 10 levels worth of MSQ quests while staying at level 50 ?

You have more positionals as MNK, but it's pretty fluid and easygoing to hit them (and you have True North which can let you get positional requirements while it's up even if you don't hit at the right point, and at higher levels you have riddle of earth which has the same effect as well so you can ignore positionals more)
it gets a little bit faster paced with greased lightning stacks, which increase damage and speed a bit with each stack

You can start with Zhloe in Idyllshire at level 55 if I’m not mistaken, and can turn in collectibles on DoH or DoL
6 collectibles a week, gets you a bunch of Scrips, which are like tomestones for crafter/gatherers
There’s like a dozen different ways to progress whatever you’re trying to progress though so if you find one that works for you don’t overwhelm yourself lol

Sylph Management is required to unlock job quests, which is to upgrade classes in to jobs. You still need to start as Arcanist and level it up to 30 before it can become Summoner.

Hunts come in multiple forms
The early rank hunts are just mobs found in the overworld.
Then there are B and A rank hunts which are powerful monsters. Most Bs can be solod once you are leveled enough. A will need a party. S ranks will need a large amount of people. SS ranks are very rare but require many people to defeat. More so because they kill dozens of people in one attack.

@late temple it is shared by all jobs/classes, but I want to point out that it is percentage based, in another word, it will burn much faster if you level up faster. If you have a lvl 5 class and go out and do FATE for quick exp, it will eat up the rested exp significantly faster than a higher level job.
