If you have a miner/bot retanier that is also 80 you can get them from retainers as well.
I'd double check the sell history on those items
That should give you a relatively decent baseline.

Uh for my facet gear stuff I usually use recyle, manipulation, veneration groundwork, groundwork, innovation, I can't think of the name of the move it's blue and increases quality I think it starts with a P..prep touch? use that twice then great strides then another I think prep touch. Another innovation, great strides blessing, and then groundwork to finish it off.
but that's with like some of my stuff penta melded not all of it though. so results will vary depending on what gear you are wearing, food you are using etc.

Housing doesn't require any quality so I have rotation for just those.
