Basically, the game "snapshots" when a cast ends, so for melee skills requiring positionals, it only cares where you are when you use the skill since the case is "instant".
This is why you can stand in a boss's telegraph until the last second, but only take damage if you're still in the zone after the telegraph disappears.

It's one onion per rank once you reach 10 + 100% xp
So at rank 10 + 100% xp you'll need to go train your chocobo with an onion, which will raise its level cap to 11
Repeat the procedure for each level until 20.

Lag does play into it. I've had times where I saw myself moved out of a telegraph in advance of the cast end, but still took damage because of server lag.
You learn to get a sense for how much you can cheese things, especially if you play a spellcaster or healer.

Ok guys, I can't launch the game. I've tried every fix from Reddit and the forums. This is a comparable screenshot but all of the errors are listed as dxgi.dll + xxxxx(random number). Sorry no screenshot, shit my PC down after spending 2 hrs trying to launch the game for the first time.
All drivers up to date. Running an RTX card on dx12. Tried to reinstall old dx versions, tried to update graphics drivers, tried to disable fullscreen optimization, tried to run as admin. Can't run in dx11 at all.

It starts up, but I've heard it can cause issues due to no longer being supported. I've not had a direct X issue with any other game.

I've never really seen too many issues running it in DX9 I'd just do that for now and see if it still replicates
couple other things you could try, disable any overlays you use

use DDU and reinstall the driver, nvidia is usually pretty good about not needing to do that but you never know

that will give you a clean bare bones startup
then launch XIV in DX11 like you'd normally do once it restarts

and you need have at least obtained the base relic to be able to repurchase it

how many coffers are rewarded at the end of the fight are dictated by how many people have cleared. So if 0 people have cleared the fight for the week, you get 2 coffers. If 1-4 have cleared, you get 1. If 5+ have cleared, you get no chests. You will still get a book, assuming you haven't cleared for the week, even if you don't get any chests. @sturdy mason

Armory is exclusive storage space for equipment, with a separate 35-slot bag for each armor slot. Gear in the armory can be assigned to gearsets (available after completing your level 10 job quest).

Inventory is the catchall space for items you pick up. If you don't have space in the relevant armory container, gear you loot will go to your inventory instead. Gear in the inventory cannot be assigned to gearsets or quick equipped with the "Best Gear" function.
