you should be able to enabled it in the BIOS/UEFI somewhere

look for something like, "Enable Multi-GPU support" or maybe "Enable iGPU"
no guarantees though, mixing a card and mobo ports, is still not a standard thing, so you may not be able to do it, especially if the motherboard is not a high-end one

if its a hardware fault you can't really do anything about it though
if you have another computer, try swapping monitors and see if it reappears when used on a different computer
