cases with lots of mesh vent panels tend to have more airflow, which means you don't have to run the fans as loud... but at the same time, you're more likely to hear what's going on inside the computer, so noise from fans, or coil whine if you have a noisy power supply or gpu (most people don't notice it)

be quiet cases are usually pretty well rated though, I'm sure it's a fine choice!

also if you;re looking at be quiet, they make some nice cpu coolers like the dark rock pro 4
