tl;dr ice wasnt happy with his 3090, requested an RMA, they were charging him 2K for collateral and another 2K charge for some RMA thing (still no idea what that is for) and evga said they didnt think there was anything wrong with the card (which I kinda agree but whatever) and then after he (im assuming here) sends it for RMA he does a chargeback on his purchase (or RMA I dunno)
