It was always bits of one and pieces of another
IMHO the modern Lightroom app has the best auto light and color adjustments
At least for picture I took with my Olympus epm2 and Panasonic 25mm lens hehe
But Lightroom’s forced cloud garbage with garbage management is crap
And the asset manager view is really slow for scrolling through

depending on how your 5800x runs, it can eat up to 150W. the gpu can spike up to 450-500w which leaves less than 100W for everything else (very rough math)
if you go nvidia, i would honestly go for a minimum of 850W gold or higher psu

Like for instance instead of a typical upright chair, where you sit and end up leaning towards a monitor, what if it's a seat you are forced to lay back on
and the monitor is upright and hanging above slightly, with keyboard suspended forward, and mouse (no idea how you would suspend that without it sliding off).
I would think the mouse would be next to the seat maybe, so your hand and arm is at a even level to use it without weird postures while leaning back on the seat

My dad plugged in a usb stick that contained a windows install usb (which I used before). Where he used the usb to store his extracted photo gallery.
When the restarted the computer, he thought his pc broke. And called me to fix it, only to realise this now. The usb install was corrupt.
Plugged the usb off, the OS booted to the right partition.
Still, the computer is super slow and i think the hard drive is dying.

I just cleaned my GPU, fans were already pretty clean, and that's with a custom fan curve already set. (typically the card doesn't turn the fans on almost ever)
Two days ago, after I turned my PC off, I knocked the mug off the table, it hit off my case and some of the drink went in the case and I cleaned it all up, noticed these temps seem a little higher, took the card out today and re-cleaned it no difference. I also reinstalled the gpu driver.
None of the liquid seemed to have gotten into any components, it was mostly just on the backplate (I think it's called).
Here is some more data after turning Destiny 2 on and messing around in a map for like 10 minutes.
Granted I've never checked my temps playing this game, but I don't personally see any huge issues other than a few spikes to the high 88s low 90s and then back near low 80s.
I guess just seeing it skyrocket from 40s to 80s when I opened XIV was a little bit of a spook lol.

Motherboard seems a bit excessive, as well as ram unless you are going to lean heavily into VMs. I have 32gb and I rarely break 16-20gb even with a dedicated game server running etc.

I have it uncapped in-game settings because I have Riva Tuner Statistics capping it at 143. (maybe it doesn't work or isn't capped enough for the intro lol)
I read somewhere, albeit from like 2015, that the in-game frame rate setting messed with G-sync.
And also that capping at your specific refresh rate also messes with G-sync.
Granted I almost never read 144fps anyway.
The temperatures seem stable, outside that initial spike in that screenshot.
They're just stable ~83 with an 84c hickup once in a while and a random 90c once in a blue moon.

So I just bought a new Corsair headset. I know my PC is recognizing it because I get a Realtek prompt when I plug it in and it shows up in the Realtek app, but it doesn't show up in the sound settings menu in Windows.

Okay it's picking up audio but I can hear nothing in the actual recording.

will need msi afterburner or a similar overlay that can show cpu use, gpu use, and preferably vram requested. with that (overlay) can then see if the app itself is bottlenecked by old programming (capping out a small number of cores), memory speed limits (looking at you xiv), or gpu bound
