So sometimes when I'm playing the game for awhile, both my monitors black screen, than a few seconds later they unblack screen and my game closes, my blue light filter turns off and any videos or gifs I had open become frozen/just a green screen and frozen.

What do I do to fix this? Also my nvidia drivers are up to date.

why does my final fantasy XIV client often get disconnected from the server (coeurl) whereas other games that i'm playing just lag a bit then are able to reconnect without the game crashing to desktop?

i do occasionally experience momentary fluctuations in my internet connection (lasting less than a second) that is out of my control, but only FFXIV crashes but no other multiplayer game does (even when it is running concurrently to ffxiv)
