Pretty much been using one since I was like 15

Desktops kept giving problems and laptops thus far don't really gave me much in that area so I just built a bias towards them I guess

plus not overheating and being easily upgradeable later

i personally have rarely an issue with my 9070xt these days

some people have more issues, some less.
but some people have a lot of issues with latest nvidia drivers or their cables burning away, so i guess its not a big difference anymore

for xiv a lot of it will be what cpu u have especially in populated areas too
