I think I heard somebody once had to clear his shader cache for that and another person had to go find a diff cache to delete before it sped up but I've never done either for that game

cause that doesn't sound parts related then

if you reinstall the game is it still slow?

also you need more than 8gb ram for that game, that was another problem

yeee, my 4th gen i7 definitely doesnt load stuff that slow

so its not that unless its running at 800mhz or something

had that issue at work occasionally, some workstations/rendernodes would just be perma locked to 800MHz for whatever reason

not all the time. Some days it was slow where I load into limsa and all I see is the ground , and then it wakes up. But I do remember Clearning game data once helped.

go find the cache folder in your game folder n delete it, then go delete shader cache in your AMD or Nvidia GPU stuff

using their software cause the setting is somewhere

then after that it's supposed to be long load only once then it improves

cache can be corrupted
