I think you need fans on top only if you have a top-mounted radiator or if air has trouble escaping your case

In most cases you need front intake and rear exhaust

Sometimes you can get rid of the rear exhaust if there's enough air moving through the system

Bottom intake is also good and helps with GPU airflow

Ok i started the pc. Its on but refused to go to windows said smth about new cpu tpm. The fans rgb is on but they dont spin 💀 and after i chose the keep tpm setting the pc restart but then says no signal while its still on
