because that's fairly straightforward, you need to set up your streaming/recording software so that there is at least one audio track with only game audio and at least one audio track with only mic audio

but you also need a track with both combined so that you can stream that audio track, else your viewers won't be able to hear both

afaik there is no streaming platform that supports letting your viewers choose between audio tracks
