It’s a 993 Cabriolet converted to a Speedster that uses 993 Carrera RS parts which don’t exist anymore

But Porsche will make new no longer available parts if the customer is willing to pay

It also probably has a new vin cause of the fact it’s way different than the car it’s based on

And usually that has to be done in Europe

Porsche doesn’t have a stock of the carbon ceramic clutch plates for the Carrera GT and those are made to order when needed

And they cost like 30k per Clutch lol

It is a race clutch made for Endurance racing adapted to a road car so it should never actually go bad but people who drive their Carrera GT usually try to baby it when it’s a sports car

Lots of cars in that category suffer from not being driven hard, Porsches especially

The air cooled Porsches (like the 993 Speedster I posted) are air cooled so the engines use a lot of oil in their dry sump system that helps, not that much, with cooling

Cause the cars have so much extra oil you need to not baby the car cause you can have cold oil for a very, very long time and that is an issue with the flat engine design cause oil will sometimes not pick up properly cause it’s too thick and then all of a sudden you have an engine failure

That’s in extreme cases tho, usually it’s a mix of the car sitting, never being driven hard, and not very well maintained

I’m not at my PC but if you right click the device and go to properties I believe there is an option to check what the hardware ID is and then google that to see what driver you’ll need (just be careful lots of sketchy driver websites out there)

if the gpu too thich, you will definetly not get it from under the gpu, so you have to do it from the top where it is flat, and then the fan is also thicc, so you have to try squeeze in your arms in between the fan plates and the gpu, and if you have arms you might struggle and bleed.

so you have to bring out a thin long hard tool to press down on the pull tab

i think i've seen mice that came with usb-c dongles but ... yea it's not common for some odd reason

i think that's partially because mice are mostly meant to be used on desktops

and if you're using a laptop at a desk, chances are you have a usb hub there anyway

and most mice intended to be used with laptops on-the-go have bluetooth on them

but the problem is laptops use more power

and when you stick them in a bag

they can overheat

what happened was by default windows wanted to sleep normally, and then hibernate after an hour or two to save battery life

but that process where the laptop would wake up and go into hibernation... wasn't very reliable.....
