My own experience with LG was my monitor had some weird delamination starting and they sent a repair shop dude to my house to pick up the monitor and replace the screen

they did do that in a few days time

brought it back, put it on my desk for me too as I recall

usually out of all the brands, I think dell tends to have the best warranty - their nicer monitors have 3 year warranties and they just send you a new/refurb and you put yours in the box and send it back

LG tends to have the nicer looking/more practical stuff but they often only give 1 year warranties

What I'm most shocked about I guess is the only 2yr warranty on the snap-on, normally you would expect them to give a much better warranty proportional to the price of the tool, but maybe those cordless tools only licensed their name and aren't made directly by Snap-on?
