The under screen fingerprint sensor works like 20% of the time and you can fuck yourself if your finger is even mildly wet

Random performance hangs where the screen just stops responding to taps and apps hang for multiple seconds even though there's nothing computationally intensive going on

this was two years ago but Real Engineering did a video on Hermeus

so now I know about them

this engine is pretty crazy

it uses a pre cooler to cool down intake air which allows the engine to operate at much higher speeds without overheating the compressor fins

so you can switch over to ramjet mode at a vastly higher speed which is much better

the pre cooler shit has only ever existed in university engineering studies and what not so if the engine proves reliable it is a massive leap in technology on the market

take an engine designed to fly at mach 0.8 and make it be able to reach mach 1.3~1.5
