Okaay update on my situation at work with the remote desktop.

We had like 3 technicians at work on monday and non were able to fix the issue

Yesterday was someone here again and was able to fix up the vpn but then the printer didnt work and when the person tried to fix the printer, the vpn with the remote desktop stopped to work again.
