not an urgent issue, it's not my laptop and i already know that it's a crap acer business laptop with a 120 gb wd green ssd

one day, it proceeded to have an issue booting as it failed to register any bootable devices, eventually, i decided to check if the ssd is dead by casually using another ssd while contemplating why didn't i just use a pen drive with windows on it to boot. I felt unsure and decided to just use my pc's ssd to check it out while checking the ssd on this pc.

this pc does acknowledge the ssd did exist, i just couldn't interact with it, the laptop wouldn't detect my ssd, i likely skipped some steps on the laptop but eh, the initial issue was that it one day stopped working even though it's main use was to open google chrome.

i don't remember how old was the laptop, maybe 2017, ssd's from 2018, i'll probably get someone else to do it but im curious if anyone had these symptoms before.

it was most likely a refurbished laptop as it was tinkered with as all i know it was free-ish.

i bought a gtomega apex stand and it weighs like 50lbs
