DLSS3 is not that great as it increases latency so you do not feel the extra framerate anyway, the game feels more smooth but doesn't play more smooth if that makes sense

16 has been the minimum recommend for gaming for a while now and there are more and more games that pop up that benefit from having more ram
so it doesnt make too much sense to go for 16gb in 2023 unless you really have to save money
