i had wired up the power wiring to a lightswitch to be able to keep it near, but not adjacent, to the other toggles and forgot i had one on the faceplate precisely for the power

but one of the things that always seemed odd imho was for an expensive $500+ piece of audio equipment they didn't support anything but windows

I made that mistake on my first ever self-built computer and it basically meant I had to keep the old HDD that the boot partition was created on in my computer permanently even though I wanted to remove it

even though Windows was on the M.2 SSD drive, it could not boot directly off of it

and the only way to fix it was to completely reinstall

it's just annoying, and easy to prevent if you're aware of it up front
