When normally you would expect the price to be a tier lower, reflecting the numbering scheme. So it should have been like $550-600, not $900.

the reason why the 4070ti is shit is because of its lack of vram capacity and its bus width limiting bandwidth

if it had 16gb of vram and a 256bit wide bus nobody would be complaining

but 192 bit wide bus and 12gb vram in 2023 out of a 800+ euro product is very stupid

just buy a 7900xtx for like 150$ more nowdays and you get double the vram capacity and double the bus width
