So in my case, the solution to pressing the L1/R1 to pivot 90 degrees around the character was equally incrementing a quaternion rotate and a quaternion move

Because what I do is set the max walk speed. What I should be doing is change the movement mode on the character and change the movement speed that way, along with triggering a timeline that plays the animation curve looped instead of just walking faster

With that in mind, the EVGA 690 is not designed for pulling back on the throttle. No, it's designed for enthusiast overclockers, even now. There are no options for power limiting your CPU. There are no presets to encourage thermal efficiency, such as an eco mode. Additionally, in the last year or so, EVGA, a company that was once known for its amazing support, has left much of their consumer base out to dry. Don't believe me? When we power on the PC, the Acer monitor says "Input Not Supported"

First: can you disconnect ALL disks and drives as possible from the motherboard?
This will promt you to BIOS, I'm a bit suspecting that maybe Mint having some weird thingy there

If it boots: ok, grab your linux live disk, plug in, set boot priority to the live disk, reconnect the drives, then use live disk to diagnose
If no signal: try other monitor (like a TV idk)
